Abstract:

This study was done on present situation of sugarcane standardization in China, several problems in the construction of sugarcane standardization such as standard backward and system imperfect were analyzed, and discussed on the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of sugarcane standardization. The results of research showed that: In order to promote the development of sugarcane industry and improve the quality safety of sugarcane products, it is important to defined the constructing objective, enhance the study on theory and method, establish and improve the extention system of sugarcane standardization, to complete the quality monitor system for sugarcane and its products, set up the scientific and suitable consultation service system for standardization information, and increase the implement force for sugarcane standard.
