Abstract:

Fruits of Hosui were used as materials for studying the difference of soil organic matter, soil dehydrogenase activity, soil urease activity, soil sucrase activity, soil catalase activity and fruit quality compared with the soil clean orchard in the ‘weeds-goose-fruit’ Crop-animal mixed orchard. Results show that the fruit output and the content of the soil organic matter increased in the type of Crop-animal Mixed orchard, the activity of the soil dehydrogenase, soil urease, soil sucrase and soil catalasel were altered, and the enzyme activity varying different in each period. The Single fruit weight of the Crop-animal mixed orchard increased by 9.8% than the soil clean management orchard. The total soluble solid and the Sugar content increased by 4.1% and 15.9% respectively, the soluble acids and the firmness should be declined by 7.1% and 3.7% singly.
