Abstract:
Study the change about sugar content of Nanguo pear of different harvest times during after-ripneing,the results show that:Nanguo pear in diffferent harvest time ,its content of fructose,glucose,sucrose and total sugar shows ‘up-down’ trend in after-ripening,sugar components reach peak need different time; Starch degraded in short time;Content of sorbitol shows down trend. Nanguo pear of late-harvest ,its content of sugar component,total sugar reach high value in short time, and its contents higher than early harvest and maintenance long period peak;Different harvest time effect content and components of sugar.
