Abstract: the south part of Ningxia is the not enough development area in china. the environment is terribly asperity. Since the comprehensive development of western in china, the manpower grassland of clover blossom has gained marked achievement. It was a strategic problem how to increase the output of alfalfa. Based on the study of different fertilizer mode, discussed the fertilizer skill of alfalfa in the south part of Ningxia. A fertilizer mode project in order this area has been put forward. under 400mm precipitation, high efficiency grassland farming can be realized in the some level of fertilization.
