Abstract:

Take one-year-old sticks as materials, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD), the content of Malondialdehyde (MDA), the content of soluble protein and the content of soluble sugar, the relative electrolyte leakage percentage of one-year and two-year Pistacia chinensis seedlings in different low temperature conditions were studied in the paper. It showed that the activities of SOD and POD in embrace increased early and decreased later, the content of MDA、soluble protein and soluble sugar increased with the temperature decreasing. The relative electric conductivity increased as a S-curves with the temperature decreasing. According to the Logistic equation, the semi-lethal temperature (LT50) for sticks of one-year and two-years Pistacia chinensis seedlings were -24.88℃ and -26.58℃, respectively.
