The evolution and governance of laborer group events

Abstract:

Dynamic evolution model is one of important ways to analyze and understand essential reasons of the laborer group event. Academic literature about laborers' group events at home and abroad was reviewed; statistical analysis approach on typical laborer group events during 2005-2009 in China, and synthetical methods of internet investigation and literature research was used. The basic principles, models of the dynamic evolution of group events, and key factors influencing treatment were comprehensively analyzed, from the standpoint of the basic characteristics of laborers' group events, incentives, evolutionary processes and governing measures. Analysis shows that evolution of group events has an obvious rule, and rises from multiple factors, as a typical complex system. In this system, it includes Governments, businesses and laborers as the core of the dominant factor, and another two important factors, that is, group psychology of accumulation and dissemination of information. Continued accumulation of crowd psychology is triggered is inside drive, and dissemination of information is outside drive, which has also become the laborer groups direct drive resulting in the event occurred. Evolution of group events is shown as a dynamic process that group psychology driven by Group event information is gradually transferred into behavior. Besides, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of the government decentralization, early warning mechanism, social public opinions' mechanism, lawsuit mechanism of interests, and social distribution mechanism.
