Haemotological indices of cultured Hucho taimen,Salvelinus leucomaenis and Salvelinus fontinalis

Abstract:

Blood physiological-biochemical indices in Hucho taimen, Salvelinus leucomaenis and Salvelinus fontinalis were determined . The whole blood viscosity was determined at seven shear rates of 5.75 /S,9.60 /S,11.50 /S,23.0 /S,46.0 /S,115.0 /S,230.0 /S while plasma was at the shear rate of 230 /S. Regression curve of inverse function was built by the result of the whole blood viscosity at different shear rates. It showed that the whole blood viscosity had a typical power function change and the curvilinear regression equation was that Hucho taimen y = 12.328 x-0.1353,R2=0.9917;Salvelinus leucomaenis y = 7.894 2x-0.104 6,R2 = 0.997 9;y = 7.505 9x-0.106 2,R2 = 0.993 1. The statistical analysis showed the 3 fishes had significant difference in the value of Fb P﹤0.05, but not in that of Tp(P>0.05). The relationship of the Tp value in different fishes was Salvelinus leucomaenis > Salvelinus fontinalis > Hucho taimen. There was no obvious difference in the index of erythrocyte aggregation (A1、A2)of the 3 species of fish(P>0.05) so as the rigidity coefficient of erythrocyte between Salvelinus leucomaenis and Salvelinus fontinalis. But they all had significant difference from the rigidity coefficient of erythrocyte of Hucho taimen.
