Abstract:

In order to understand the secretion feature of Tricholoma giganteum, the strain Tr0005 and Tr0013 were determined their extracellular enzyme activity during the growth period by spectrophotometry. The activity peaks of extracellular CMCase, FPase, β-glucosidase, HCase, pectinase and protease were at the time when the fruit body matured (more than 29 U、4 U、21 U、196 U、28 U and 40 U). The activity of extracellular amylase was at high level at the early stage of mycelium growth (more than 10 U), and gradually declined during the stage of physiological maturity. The activities of extracellular laccase and polyphenol oxidase were at high level at the stage of mycelium growth (more than 65 U and 54 U), and decreased gradually after primordium formation. Different strains can influence the magnitude of extracellular enzyme activity, but they had the same change law.
