Abstract:

Toricellia angulata var. intermedia with value of landscaping is protected in Shaanxi Province. The cutting propagation technology of Toricellia angulata var. intermedia was studied with L9(34) orthogonal test design which consisted of three factors of cutting medium, auxin and the auxin concentration. The results showed that cutting medium had the main impact on rooting, and then was the type of auxin, auxin concentration had the least impact. Taking perlite as the cutting medium, ABT as hormone, 200 mg/L as auxin concentration were the best cutting propagation technical conditions of Toricellia angulata var. intermedia, and the rooting rate reached 96.7%, the rooting index reached 408.0.
