Abstract:

In order to comprehensively graspe the farmland circulation condition in Zhongyuan rural areas, this paper comparatively analyzed some village cases and summarized five kinds of modes that were the model peasant household sponsored, the model basic-level organization pushed, the model leading enterprise pushed, the model farmer cooperative pushed and the model the land bank pushed. So, the author comprehensively analyzed participant’s rights and obligations, specification and fairness, efficiency of every model. Finally, the author gave some advices such as choosing suitable circulation pattern, exerting government’s control, guidance function, strengthening village collective organization coordination function, establishing intermediary organizations, rewarding farmland circulation, and so on.
