Abstract: In this paper, the virulence of three entomogenous fungi strains (B-99, Pfu02, Nr-98-1), Bt and Chlorpyrifos EC to Rhizopertha dominica and Cryptolestes minutus living in wheat were tested. The result shows as follows: The Bt-1 WP has strong virulence to this two pest species. LD50 to R.dominica is 15.75ug/g, which of C. minutus is 8.06ug/g. The highest mortality is only 55% when the two pest species were treated with three entomogenous fungi strains in three days later; the result indicates that the virulence of three fungi strains to the two pest species are poor. The suffocating effects of 48% Chlorpyrifos to the two pest species are good, the death rates of R.dominica and C. minutus reached 100.0 percent at the density of 0.80ml/L.
