Abstract:

The combination of geographic information system (GIS) and the distributed soil erosion and sediment yield model is the development direction of the model, and the spatial scale conversion of the model is an important aspect in the study. In this paper, recent researches about the distributed soil erosion and sediment yield model based on GIS and its spatial scale conversion at home and abroad were summarized. Light of the actual situation of the GIS-based model and its spatial scale conversion study in China, the main problems of the current study were analyzed and the development direction for the research of the model and its spatial scale conversion in China were proposed.
