Abstract:

The purpose of the paper is to search for the key of the income distribution of the circulation of right to use collective land, providing innovation for the land use right transfer system and reference. Methods of questionnaire and game theory were employed, study of the Game Analysis on Collective Construction Land Transfer. The results indicated that, there was a series of contradiction among the process of the current land use right transfer by survey. Transfer all aspects of information disclosure was the impact of income equalization point, and the same information under conditions of interest subject their income and other pressure proportional to its pressure, and inversely proportional to the owners, and when the pressure was greater than or equal to a certain value, farmer income in the information under the same conditions than information not under the same condition of income, and land owners income was just the opposite of. Therefore, the government and other departments could be from the policy or system level increased price and other aspects of information publicity and openness, formulate corresponding policies or rules from the macro level to hold, guidance and management, to protect the interests of the main party of benefit balance.
