Abstract:
To explore appropriate indicators of soil chloride in Nanping tobacco-rice rotation areas, effects of chlorine level of tobacco-growing soil on chlorine content of tobacco plants and their distribution, dry matter accumulation and changes in soil chloride were investigated by the pot culture and field experiment. The results showed that: when the soil chlorine content >10 mg/kg, the tobacco plants chloride and chlorine soil were very significant linear positive correlation; When the soil chlorine content <10 mg/kg, soil chlorine pair tobacco plants chlorine less affected. With soil chlorine levels increased dry matter accumulation quantity was parabolic type, the tobacco plant of the chlorine absorption increased significantly, and more distributed to the leaves. Applying proper amount of chlorine to tobacco plants, potted after tobacco-rice rotation or flue-cured tobacco field after harvest, the soil arable layer consistent chlorine level has dropped, the amount of residual chlorine has nothing to do with the amount of chlorine applied; plow the soil and the heart, but with the applied chlorine and chlorine increased significantly increase. Fujian Nanping suitable chlorine content of tobacco planting soil indicator was 25-35 mg/kg. Average chlorine content in the soil (20.22±17.22) mg/kg of the status quo, use potassium chloride 22.5-69.3 kg/hm2, the flue-cured tobacco growing season soil chloride content to the appropriate level, to meet the high-quality tobacco production.
