Abstract:

In order to indicate the effects of different nitrogen application rate and flue-cured tobacco varieties on chemical components of tobacco leaves, the change of chemical components from different grade were studied. The results showed that the nitrogen application rate significantly affected chemical components in leaves of C3F and X2F, and chemical components in leaves of B2F, C3F and X2F were significantly affected by different flue-cured tobacco varieties. The interaction of variety and nitrogen application rate significantly affected sugar metabolism of B2F, and significantly affected chemical components in leaves of X2F. In this study, nitrogen application rate and flue-cured tobacco varieties all had remarkable effects on chemical components of tobacco leaves.
