Abstract:

The immobilization of Penicillium oxalicum ZHJ6 strain which could degrade organ phosphorous pesticide was studied in order to investigate whether the immobilized Penicillium oxalicum ZHJ6 strain could keep the activity of degradation of organophosphorus pesticide and suffer from high concentration of organophosphorus pesticide. The investment and combined methods were used to immobilize the strain, and the influence factors of degradation ratio of methamidophos were tested. The result showed that the degradation ration of methamidophos by immobilzated ZHJ6 strain in polyester nonwoven fabric was higher than by free ZHJ6 strain. The degradation ratio was raised by immobilzated ZHJ6 strain in polyester nonwoven fabric in the same temperature, pH or the concentration of methamidophos. The optimal condition for degradation of methamidophos was pH 5.0 and 25℃. And the degradation ratios of folimat, phoxim, glyphosate and methamidophos by the immobilization strain in simulation wastewater through soil or river water were also higher than that by free ZHJ6 strain.
