Abstract:
In order to explore the differences of VA mycorrhiza fungi on the infection and growth to amur cork tree seedlings which among varied inoculation substrates, strains and mixed strains, the annual seedlings were inoculated with four through potted experiments. The results showed that the seedlings inoculated with arbuscular mycorrhiza in different strains were different obviously to the the growth and development. On the part of this experiment, the result of the combination (Peat: Vermiculite: Sand = 1: 0.5: 1) was better. The mycorrhiza could be formed between amur cork tree and four arbuscular mycorrhiza. It improved the seedlings growth greatly. In this substrate, the mycorrhiza all could be formed between annual seedlings and arbuscular mycorrhiza. Vesicle and arbuscular structures were produced in the cells. Comparing to the other mycorrhiza, inoculation with G. mosseae and G. diaphanum were best. It could promote the height, basal diameters, fresh weights and dry weights of seedlings. Most of the seedlings which were not infected couldn’t finish one growing season. Compared with the infection characteristics between the mixed and single inoculation, G. mosseae and G. diaphanum lead to higher infection rate and it improved seedlings growth. Conversely, the combination with G. versiform and G. diaphanum maintained lower infection rate, and they also reduced the infection efficiency of another.
