Abstract:

In order to test the viable but non-cultivable state of bacteria, this article provided the recommendation for which was better for the researchers. Several test methods of VBNC bacteria and their principle were enumerated in this article, analyzed and contrasted the merits and the defects. It provided the thread of the new test methods in future and put forward the future directions.
