The research and resistance evaluation progress on alfalfa leaf and root diseases were reviewed in this article. Some suggestions were raised about several questions of the research and establishment of alfalfa diseases resistance system in China. This article will also provide some reference for the researchers engaging in alfalfa diseases.

The guidance of theory and methods for effective controlling concentration of ammonia was provided, and increased economic efficiency of poultry farming was hoped.

  Associations of UCP3 Gene Polymorphisms with Growth and Fattening Traits in Simmental 2012, 28 (5):  13-18.  Abstract + ( 1198 )   PDF ( 777114KB )   ( 1022 ) In order to analyze the associations of UCP3 gene polymorphisms with fattening and growth traits in Simmental. The locus of BglI of UCP3 gene was genotyped by PCR-RFLP and DNA sequencing in Simmental to investigate the associations. The results showed that the locus of BglI demonstrated polymorphisms was at Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The associations of polymorphisms of UCP3 gene with fattening traits showed that the individuals with genotype AA had a lower FCR and a higher ADG value (P<0.05); As for the growth traits, the locus of BglI had an major affect on withers height, body length and chest girth at 15 months of age, withers height at 12 months of age, body length at 8 months of age. Among the phenotypes which were significantly associated, individuals with homozygote of AA genotype had a significantly higher average value than that one or the other genotypes (P<0.05); About the carcass length, carcass chest depth and fat thickness traits, individuals with homozygote of AA and AB genotype also had a significantly higher average value than that of BB genotype (P<0.05). In addition, the individuals with genotype AB had a higher mean value for hind leg wide than those with the genotype AA and BB (P<0.05). So the genotype AA was significantly associated with the fine fattening performance and the selection of the allele A was better for the trait improvement.

The 1391bp of human β-defensin-3 genomics sequence was obtained including the signal sequence, two exton ,one intron and restriction enzyme site and end code. Compared with the sequence published in NCBI, 99.93% nucleic acids were the same except for A deletion in intron. 100% amino acid were same. The sequence was first inserted into pMD18-T vector, then inserted into the pcDNA3.1 vector which resulted in the eukaryotic expression vector pCDNA-hBD3. This was the base for further study of its expression and function.

  Isolation and identification of serotype 11 Riemerella anatipestifer 2012, 28 (5):  23-27.  Abstract + ( 1060 )   PDF ( 652602KB )   ( 871 ) Two strains of Riemerella anatipestifer (RA1156 and RA1157) had been isolated from the same duck farm interval of four days. To compare the differences of the two strains, plate agglutination and agar gel precipitation tests were used to identify the serotypes of them, Kirby-Bauer method was used to detect the drug sensitivities, and animal testing was used to determine the pathogenic of them. The results showed that both of two strains were serotype 11, had the same pathogenic to duck, and had the same sensitivities to most drugs. Strain RA1156 was sensitive to Gentamicin and Penicillin, while strain RA1157 was resistant to these two drugs. This test confirmed the presence of serotype 11 Riemerella anatipestifer in Fujian province and added the epidemiological data of Riemerella anatipestifer. Compared with laboratory artificially induced, the strain in vivo might get the resistance to drug easier.

It had measured 260n 320 nm, 230 nm and 280 nm of sample luminosity By uv spectrophotometry , and estimate the purity and concentration of RNA .The results indicated that compared to the method of TRIzol，the RNA Extraction Kit was more High quality ,simple and fast.

  Identification and Characterization of an mRNA trans-splicing leader in Schistosoma japonicum 2012, 28 (5):  36-40.  Abstract + ( 1060 )   PDF ( 795812KB )   ( 838 ) RNA trans-splicing occurs in a wide range of eukaryotes, from protozoa to chordates. Here we present the discovery of a spliced-leader (SL) RNA in the zoonotic trematode Schistosoma japonicum using Race. The 36-nucleotide SL in S. japonicum was derived from a 90-nucleotide nonpolyadenylylated RNA transcript encoded by 55 copies of SL genes dispersed in the genome confirmed by blot and real time PCR. Differential transcription patterns of the SL gene in the parasite developmental stages were observed using real time PCR. Predominant expression of SL RNA was found in the two developmental stages, egg and cercariae. Expression of SL RNA transcripts in female was the least. No significant expression difference between male and schistosomulum(3d and 14d)was observed. In summary, trans-splicing of spliced leader may act as a mechanism of post-transcriptional gene regulation in S. japonicum.

  Research on Bufonis Parenteral Effects on Mice Lymphocyte 2012, 28 (5):  41-47.  Abstract + ( 1066 )   PDF ( 1091795KB )   ( 1164 ) To study the effect of bufonis parenteral on lymphocytes, different concentration of bufonis parenteral solutions were selected as the experimental group. The BALB/c mice spleen lymphocyte incubated for 48 hours with different concentration of bufonis parenteral solution to test the level of cell proliferation. By ELISA method, the effects of bufonis parenteral on the secretion of several important cytokines (IFN-γ, IL-2 and IL-12) were evaluated. With the use of a method of flow cytometry tested the effect of bufonis parenteral solution on cell expression and cell cycle of CD4/CD8 of T-cell in mice spleen. The results indicated that bufonis parenteral solution in a certain dose range could significantly enhanced the proliferation of lymphocyte and the IFN-γ, IL-2 and IL-12 secretion; increase T-cell subset percentage of CD4+ CD8- and CD4- CD8+ phenotypes in mice spleen and the percentage of lymphocyte entering into the phase. The results indicated that the bufonis parenteral solution could significantly increased the lymphocyte proliferation and function in vitro, concluded that bufonis parenteral solution has significantly enhanced specific immunological function.

Control groups and experiment group were drunk water and different doses of extract from Pilose Asiabell Root and Herba Epimedii Brevicornus, Setting the Ⅰ group as contrast; setting the Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ group as small(0.5 g/L), middle(1.0 g/L), large(2.0 g/L) doses of extraction from Pilose Asiabell Root and Herba Epimedii Brevicornus. In 21th, 28th, 35th, 42th, 49th and 56th day morning, select 12 chicken for dissection before they were fed, taking anatomical specimens quickly and keeping it under Bouin liquid in normal atmospheric temperature 24 hours to be fixed, then, Dehydrated by ethanol, Make it transparent by xylene, paraffin embedding, Cutting it into 5um tire-road friction coefficient with the LEICA-RM-2128 type slicing machine, HE dying, sealing in piece with neutral gum, OLYMPNS-CH30 microstructure for observation, making the microstructure photography with microscopic photography system. The result show that experimental group of Pilose Asiabell Root and Herba Epimedii Brevicornus chicken spleen red pulp and white pulp had a clear boundaries, spleen bodies is obvious, the number of sheath which around arterial has increased, periarterial lymphatic sheath thickening. The 2 g/L group is obvious. The results account for that Pilose Asiabell Root and Herba Epimedii Brevicornus can promote the development of the spleen.

  ST cell culture in a tidal bioreactor 2012, 28 (5):  53-56.  Abstract + ( 1156 )   PDF ( 961073KB )   ( 1102 ) ST cell is a continuous cell line which widely used in veterinary vaccine production. This study used a new type of tidal bioreactor, Bellocell, for the ST cell culture. ST cells were amplified by 3L roller bottle. When the cell number reached 1.07×108, dispersed cells were seeded into tidal reactor Bellocell? -500, with 500ml culture medium, and cultivated for 7days. In each day, the cell number, pH and glucose values change were monitored. The glucose consumption increased by days, and after 48 hours new medium should be change per day in order to maintain normal cell growth. During the observation period from 1d to 6d, ST cells multipled in the 1.2-2.4 times per day and the cell number reached the peak of 3.17×109 at the 6th day, which was 30 times of the initial seeds. When the cells number reached 109, the ST cells on the carrier showed spindle-shaped, uniform size in microscope, result of trypan blue staining confirmed that cells were surviving. This study successfully achieved a high density culture for the ST cell，that would provide a simple and efficient way for the production of veterinary vaccine with the ST cell.

  Pathogenicity and Immunogenicity of Chimeric Porcine Circovirus to Piglets 2012, 28 (5):  57-61.  Abstract + ( 1182 )   PDF ( 572433KB )   ( 832 ) To explore the pathogenicity and immunogenicity of chimeric porcine circovirus (PCV1-2) to piglets, several healthy conventional piglets were inoculated with PCV1-2, the clinical evaluation, gross pathology and histopathology, virus load in sera and tissues, and serology were determined. The results showed that there were no significant differences in the average gains and feed conversion efficiency of piglets between the PCV1-2-inoculation and the control, and there were not visible clinical signs and gross lesions in PCV1-2-inoculated piglets, although slight microscopic lesions were observed. The antibodies against porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) ORF2 protein in sera began to converse to positive on 14 days post inoculation (DPI), and were 100% positive on 28 DPI, which revealed that the PCV1-2 induced a quick specific antibody response to the PCV2 ORF2 protein antigen in piglets. The results of real-time PCR showed that the DNA loads of PCV1-2 in sera increased gradually and peaked on 28 DPI, declined quickly thereafter. The DNA load of PCV1-2 in tissues was the highest in lung lymph node and lowest in heart on 35 DPI, when the piglets were slaughtered. However, it was difficult to detect the PCV1-2 DNA in sera and tissues with conventional PCR, which suggested that the inoculation with PCV1-2 could only cause a slight infection of piglets. These data indicated that the chimeric PCV1-2 was with good immunogenicity to piglets but was attenuated obviously.

  The Expression of Th17 Cells for the Mice with Eperythrozoon 2012, 28 (5):  62-66.  Abstract + ( 909 )   PDF ( 1194616KB )   ( 750 ) To investigate the immunologic function of Th17 cells for the mice infected with Eperythrozoon (Mycoplasma suis), the RT-PCR assay and the fluorescence antibody technique were used to detect the variation of interleukin-17(IL-17) in mousey spleen tissue .The results showed that the IL-17 expression level increased obviously when the mice infected with Eperythrozoon. It prompted that the Th17 cells participated in the immunoregulation, and played an important role in inflammation which the mice infected by Mycoplasma suis. Accordingly, this experimental research had offered some theoretical bases for the diagnosis, therapy and prevention about Eperythrozoonosis.

Furthermore, the existing problems and prospect of DNA molecular marker application in yellow catfish were also analyzed in detail. And some suggestions about studies on DNA molecular markers are given to protect and reasonable use genetic resources of yellow catfish.

At last, the prospect in these ways was described in this paper. The following conclusions were reached: the genetic diversity of grass carp is lower and wild populations is higher than the breeding populations in genetic diversity. As a result, Filtering the marker locuses of higher genetic diversity by different molecular markers which could be useful for grass carp molecular breeding.

  The Relationship between Morphometric Characters and Weight Characters in Two Different Kind of Scallop 2012, 28 (5):  81-84.  Abstract + ( 1109 )   PDF ( 564474KB )   ( 816 ) The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between morphometric characters and weight characters of hybrid scallop and zhikong scallop Chlamys farreri, which can give more valuable information to people to achieve the effective work of scallop’s selective-breeding. So 60 hybrid scallop from female C. farreri and male Patinopecten yessoensis, and 60 C. farreri were collected randomly in the same sea area. And then the shell length, shell height, shell width, the live body weight and muscle weight were measured individually. The correlation coefficients, path coefficients and determination coefficients between morphological characters and weight were calculated by correlation analysis and path analysis. Impact factor of each character was analyzed lastly. The results showed that the correlation efficients between each morphological character and weight were all at extremely significant level (P<0.001) in the two kind of scallops. Three morphological characters had different direct contributions to weight. As to the hybrid scallop, the shell height was the major direct factor to the weight of live body and muscle. While as to the C. farreri, the direct effect of shell height on body weight was the greatest. And the greatest direct effect on muscle weight was the shell length. So the selective work for hybrid scallop mainly depends on shell height while C. farreri scallop depends on shell height and shell width.

According to the characteristics of aquaculture areas, the study adopts a new method to build agricultural domain ontology, including three phases: specification, conceptualization and implementing, and it is an iterative process. This method has many merits, such as it is simple to be learned and used, and decreases the workload, affords a new idea to resolve the problem of building the ontology automatically.

  Development of Real-time PCR for the Detection of Nile Tilapia MyD88 Gene 2012, 28 (5):  92-97.  Abstract + ( 1226 )   PDF ( 1372280KB )   ( 1044 ) To analyze accurately the role of myeloid differentiation factor 88 (MyD88) during immune response of Nile Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus), the specific primers were designed and synthesized in conserved region based on MyD88 EST sequence (GenBank Accession number:GR679416.1) and β-actin gene (GenBank Accession number:AB037865.1). The liver cDNA sample of Nile tilapia was amplified with a series of 5-fold dilution to make standard curve. Specificity of PCR primers was assessed by melting curve analysis of PCR products. With β-actin as an endogenous gene, a method of SYBR Green I real-time quantitative PCR was established to examine MyD88 gene expression in 4 tissues (liver, spleen, blood and muscle) of Nile tilapia by the 2?ΔΔCt method. The detection range of CT value of MyD88 and β-actin was 24–35 and 19–30. The amplification efficiency (Evalue) was 100% and 96.7%, and the correlation coefficient (R2 value) was 0.998 and 0.995. The melting curve appeared a single peak, with Tm value of 78.5℃ and 77.5℃ respectively. The results showed that MyD88 gene was expressed highly in immune tissues such as liver, spleen and blood.

  PCR Amplification Prokaryotic Expression and Polyclonal Antibody 2012, 28 (5):  98-102.  Abstract + ( 1473 )   PDF ( 919524KB )   ( 1084 ) Koi herpesvirus (KHV) is an emerging pathogen causing mass mortality in koi. the conserved ORF1 gene of KHV was selected to amplification by PCR. The full length of this gene is 774 bp encoding an predicted envelope protein VP1 which consists of 258 amino acids. The amplified gene was subcloned into pET-32a vector to construct recombinant expression plasmids named K1-PET, which then was transformed into E.coli BL21 (DE3) and expressed by IPTG inducement. SDS-PAGE and Western blot results show that K1-PET can be expressed highly. The molecular weight of fusion VP1 protein is 37.3 KD and the protein is mainly expressed as inclusion body. The rabbit serum obtained after four immunizations with the fusion VP1 protein, was then used for ELISA analyses. The result showed that the potency of anti-serum was 1:27000, and the VP1 protein had high immunogenicity. Therefore, the VP1 protein and anti-serum could be used in research of KHV detection method, vaccine produce and protein function study.

Taking Fujian Province for an example and based on the theory of “point-axis system”, the article, by means of documents collecting and researches, sorted out the elements and features of tourism resources around the Fuxia railway and put forward the concept of implementing the optimum exploitation of tourism resources around the Fuxia railway. The ideas were that strengthening the convergency and radiation effect of tourism major nods and key tourism axes, improving the construction of tourism transportation network and service facilities around the railway; combining market orientation and government leading role, setting up a sound development mechanism, enhancing regional tourism cooperation of the four cities along the railway and to shape jointly the tourism image of the west coast region of the Taiwan Straits.

In this study, based on the role of the government in the production and marketing docking, we built the evaluation index system, including 3 primary index and 11 secondary indexes, with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Mean while, the model for the effect evaluation of production and marketing docking are established by using weighted average method. In the empirical study part, we simulated three authorities for agricultural products management to test the established model. The results show that the model have a good outcome in the effect evaluation of production and marketing docking, and the sorting result can also be drawn by the evaluation values.

The results showed that the funding guarantee of central-level agricultural research institutions was seriously insufficient, investments structure was unreasonable, and there was a big gap between funding requirements and funding investments, which had become bottlenecks in agricultural scientific and technological innovation. Hereby, the author put forward that national finance should be established on dominant investment position, the investment amount should be increased in a significant degree, the proportion of the basic expenditure and project expenditure should be adjusted adequately, and the endowment medical system should be improved.

From the empirical study on the farmer cooperatives in Neiqiu County of Hebei Province, we found that there is unbalanced development, non-standard, management, hard-financing and small issues. Accordingly, the Farmers Cooperatives Act must be adjust it’s legislative technique and system design.

TP and different forms of phosphorus were determined by SMT method and the concentrations of TP ranged from 202 to 1014 mg/kg. The results indicated that TP was dominated by inorganic phosphorus (IP), which accounting for 56%. The contents of TP and different forms of phosphorus were high in the middle of the study area, and which were relatively low in the north and south. The distribution characteristics of TP were mainly decided by the distribution characteristics of OP. Each of the phosphorus forms was likely to transform to another, and the serious of inner source pollution potentially augmented the eutrophication in Zhalong wetland.

These indexes were all gridded with 1 km×1 km cells to detect spatial heterogeneity. The results showed that land use category of Handan was complete in 2006. The land use, cover diversity index and the land use extent index turned out to be gradually decreasing from the middle regions and east-south regions to the round region in radial trend. The results showed that: lettuce in the ratio of 100% powder grew best under the circumstances; cabbage in 6 levels had no effects on growth; carnation grew best when the ratio was 50% soil+50% of the local pink; the growth of raincoat cabbage was good in the ratio of 80% local soil+20% powder. It was indicated that acidic tailings, with Benxi local soil was alkaline, doping was used to field, was feasible and effective. The conclusion was that it was the best effect that mixing the Benxi’s mine tailings and the local soil, meanwhile, fertilizing organic fertilizer into farmland.

The characteristics of annual participation in western Liaoning Province and participation in flood season were analyzed with mathematical statistics method, Mann-Kendall non-parametric test, linear trend fittings, anomaly accumulation and sequential clustering analytical method as well as yearly participation monitoring data from typical weather stations. The results showed that annual participation in western Liaoning Province and participation in flood season had great inter-annual changes, and there was an obvious decline tendency during recent 5 years with climate tendency rate of annual participation of -10.073 mm/10 a, tendency decline of 50.2 mm; climate tendency rate of -17.388 mm/10 a, tendency decline of 86.9 mm. Annual participation is concentrated in period 7 a and 20 a; participation in flood season was concentrated in 8 a, 15-17 a and 20-22 a. Catastrophe point of annual participation was 1980, with 9.4% decline of annual participation; catastrophe point of participation in flood season was 1981, with 13.1% decline of participation. The participation of western Liaoning Province declined year by year, which exacerbated the agricultural drought and seriously influenced the regional development of agricultural economy.

Through 3 years of location fertilization experiment, different fertilization treatments on soil physical and chemical properties and crop yield were researched. The results showed that the content of soil organic matter, N, P, K showed the stratification phenomenon, which was lower in sub-surface layer (L2) with depth 20-40 cm than that in the surface layer (L1) with depth 0-20 cm. The effect of fertilization treatments on soil fertility were different, soil fertility level was in order of FM>F>M>CK. The plant height and product were in order of FM>F>M>CK, which was same trend with soil fertility. Comprehensive analysis showed that the effect of the treatment of organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer mixed on soil fertility increase was obvious, which was effective method of improved soil fertility.

For the same total mass of each treatment, 5 treatments were carried out: traditional litter(CK), 70% traditional litter+30% corn straw(30% S), 40% traditional litter+60% corn straw(60% S), 10% traditional litter+90% corn straw(90% S), 20% traditional litter+60% corn straw +20% zeolite(60% S+20% Z), to research on the characteristics of litter pre-fermentation before breeding. The results showed that the temperature of different litters could reach 45℃ after stacking 2~4 d and maintain 1~3 d, the moisture content, total nitrogen, organic matter of all treatments reduced gradually with composting process, the pH values rose gradually, no significant change in EC was found during litter pre-fermentation. 30% S can be helpful for fermentation for its highest temperature during high temperature period and cooling period, which can also reduce moisture content, total nitrogen, organic matter of the mixed litter by 16.23%, 26.31%, 37.06% at the end of pre-fermentation, and increased pH by 7.13%.

The results showed that: the soil animals of this study area could be divided into four different functional groups, that was, rot feeding, herbivorous, predatory and omnivorous soil animals, of which the individual number of omnivorous soil animals took the largest ratio of the total catch, whereas, the predatory the smallest. From the horizontal distribution point of view, differences of the individual number of the soil animals were significant, while the group number was much more uniform. The vertical distribution point of view, the patterns of the soil animals of various study plots all had shown the apparent table-together phenomenon. Thus, the further in-depth reveal of the features on Karst biodiversity and its functions could be concluded as: the functional group diversity indexes of the soil animals of various plots were significantly different. The unique groups of various plots reflected the particularity of the each local environment. And the above two features were indicative of the ecosystem.

The combined process of up-flow anaerobic bio-filter and greenhouse constructed wetland was used to treat the rural domestic sewage. The results showed that the optimum hydraulic retention time for UAF was 12 h, the volume loading was 0.632-0.936 kg/(m3?d), the average removal efficiency of COD was 56%; In the conditions of the outdoor temperature between -5 and 10℃ (in winter and spring), the HRT for the greenhouse constructed wetlands was 3 days. The combined process showed excellent removal efficiency with COD 75%, BOD5 84%, SS 93%, NH3-N 63% and TP 46%. Except TP, the effluent quality was qualified to the I-class B criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002). The process had many advantages, such as low consumption of energy resources, low investment, low running cost and simple maintenance, so it could be used to treat rural domestic sewage and be expended.

The results showed the Daqing wetland had serious problems, shrinking, landscape fragmentation intensifies, more serious pollution, so the protection and reasonable development and utilization of wetland resources in Daqing was one of the important tasks of sustainable development strategy. According to the situation, the author put forward feasible countermeasures from 4 aspects: the establishment of a stable ecosystem, the protection of ecological water using, the implementation of wetland restoration project and the increasing of the law enforcement, and presented a scientific basis to protect the Daqing wetland resources and enhanced the wetland function.

The results showed that pH decreased with time, the outlet value of pH was gradually improved. The average Turbidity removal rate was 66.459%, 62.562%, 33.343%, 6.616%, 44.314%, respectively in 5 different periods (2009-6-3, 2009-6-26, 2009-7-9, 2009-7-29, 2009-8-17). The removal of CODcr had less fluctuation over time, removal rate was 4.347%, 4.716%, 10.748%, 9.370%, 6.622% respectively in Cuihu constructed wetland. The average TN removal rate was 15.465%, 27.669%, 30.507%, 33.177%, 21.098% respectively. The average TP removal rate was 2.688, 49.790%, 21.538%, 13.580%, 35.714% respectively.

The authors found that due to some natural factors and human factors, such as global climate warming, typhoon and storm surge increase, sea level rise, sediment discharge decrease of rivers to sea, artificial sand mining, unreasonable coast project construction, the sand coast erosion was severe, the rock coast erosion of bay or harbor was slow relatively, and the sea level rise would aggravate the future coastal erosion of Qingdao City. Moreover, some relevant prevention countermeasures of coastal erosion were presented, such as strengthening the coastal zone exploration management, forbidding of digging sand in coast and beach, compensating sand to coast by human activity, constructing banks, groins and detached breakwaters, controlling headland, restoring and rehabilitating degraded salt marsh in coast and so on. The main shortage of the research was short of original data of coast erosion limited by fund and equipments, the authors suggested that the related units should strengthen the coast erosion process monitoring of Qingdao.

  The Distribution of Snow Load above Solar Energy Greenhouse in Liaoning Province 2012, 28 (5):  295-299.  Abstract + ( 1067 )   PDF ( 859650KB )   ( 944 ) In order to calculate the basic snow pressure and snow load of solar greenhouse with special geometrical construction in Liaoning Province, the present study utilized the 30 years of winter precipitation data of Liaoning Province, and the snow load to solar energy greenhouse of various cities in Liaoning was statistically analyzed, meanwhile parameters of extreme value type I distribution were calculated through the Moment method and the Gumbel method, respectively. Through comparing the optimization benign index of parameters, and then calculated the deepest snow and the basic snow pressure with the return period of 30 years, Combined with the structure characteristics of solar greenhouse in Liaoning Province, the distribution of snow pressure factor was determined, with which the snow load to solar energy greenhouse in cities of Liaoning was determined. It was found that the real basic snow press was different from which of standard load code; the range of snow load on solar energy greenhouse in Liaoning Province was 0.28-0.74 kN/m2. The maximum of basic snow press appeared in the central regions of Liaoning Province, including Anshan, Xiuyan, Benxi and Shenyang, the snow load toward east, west, south and north decreased gradually.

Results showed that, one obvious impact was early planting to extend the growth period, and late season than early season more obvious in different sowing times with two seasons for all varieties. In early season, the actual highest yield of ‘Tianyou998’ and ‘Yuxiangyouzhan’ was 7.450 t/hm2 and 7.442 t/hm2 respectively in 15 March planting and that of ‘Tianyou428’ was 5.975 t/hm2 in 10 March. In late season, the actual highest yield of ‘Tianyou998’ and ‘Tianyou428’ was 8.477 t/hm2 and 8.055 t/hm2 respectively in 16 July planting and that of ‘Yuxiangyouzhan’ was 8.215 t/hm2 in 9 July. Correlation analysis showed that, under appropriate cultivation conditions, increasing the number of grains per panicle and panicles can increase yield. The results provided a theoretical basis to improve rice yield, utilize rationally local climate resources and arrange reasonably seeding time.

  The Application of Improved Grey Correlation Analysis to Comprehensive Assessment of the Water Quality in Weihe River of Baoji Section 2012, 28 (5):  306-311.  Abstract + ( 1105 )   PDF ( 1244085KB )   ( 875 ) Quantitative assessment for the water quality and contamination status trend of Weihe River of Baoji section provided a basis for environmental protection and water management. Based on the application of the improved gray correlation method, using the experimental data and monitoring results, the quantitative calculation and evaluation of BOD5, chemical oxygen demand, permanganate index, NH3-N, TP, TN 6 quality indicators were executed. The Water Quality in Weihe River of Baoji was generally good, the evaluation section of the water quality met or exceeded water quality standards appropriate functional areas, including Linjia Village sectionⅡ, Shengli Bridge, Wolongsi and Changxing Bridge section Ⅲ water quality standard could be achieved, the water quality of Guozhen Bridge and the Caijiapo Bridge was poorly achieved Ⅳ. While evaluation results also showed that organic pollution was still the limiting factor of water quality. The improved gray correlation analysis, with the characteristics of accuracy and objectivity had good effect on the water quality assessment in Weihe River of Baoji section.

  Study on Water Resources Carrying Capacity in Weifang City Based on Principal Component Analysis 2012, 28 (5):  312-316.  Abstract + ( 1033 )   PDF ( 750882KB )   ( 728 ) In order to explore the water resources carrying capacity in Weifang City, the author chose the method of principal component analysis, selected 13 indexes, and the evaluation index system of water resources carrying capacity were established, then evaluated and researched the water resources carrying capacity in Weifang City through the two principal components. The results showed that: (1) the principal component analysis was better method for evaluating and researching the water resources carrying capacity; (2) The demographic situation, socio-economic status and degree of water resources exploitation and using were the main factors affecting water resources carrying capacity; (3) As a whole, from 2000 to 2010, water resource carrying capacity in Weifang City was on the positive tendency. Due to the evaluated result of this study was better, so the result was as theory reference for the sustainable exploitation and using of water resources is viable.
