Abstract:

In order to construct competency model of peasant entrepreneurs, 43 cases about peasant entrepreneurs are studied through content analysis method, and 28 competency items are summarized, which are divided into 4 categories. Therefore, the competency model of peasant entrepreneurs constructed, which includes individual character and personal capabilities that include management awareness, thinking and interpersonal skills. At last, the discussion and limits of this research are given.
