Abstract:

In order to promote rural practical talents for the socialism new rural construction provide strong guarantee of talented personnel and intelligence support. The talents requirement in new socialist countryside construction was the context of the paper. The basic viewpoint of rural practical talents research was comprehensively reviewed and analyzed. Four aspects important progress were achieved in research content which include basic meaning, importance, status of staff, and exploitation strategy of rural practical talents. Three dynamical factors which promote rural practical talents development are the objective requirement of rural economic and social development, education training and innovation in countryside and construction of perfect and scientific mechanism and system.
