Abstract:

In order to make sure the Skin Ulcer pathogen of the Tinca tinca, providing a scientific proof for its diagnostic, prevention and treatment. A bacterium (GXZ01) was isolated from the liver of the lesion surface area, internal organs and blood from the diseased Tinca tinca, with the methods of bacterial conventional separation. It’s physiological and biochemical characteristics were studied. The artificial infection experiment and drug sensitive test proved that: (1) GXZ01 was Aeromonas bacteria；(2) This bacteria was length of 0.7~1.1 μm, it was a short rod-shaped and a Gram-negative bacteria; (3) The antibiotic sensitivity test using 14 antimicrobial agents showed that the bacterium was sensitive to 8 agents including penicillin and so forth; moderately sensitive to ampicillin and other four drugs; insensitive to penicillin and Acetylspiramycin. Aeromonas sobria could lead to the Skin Ulcer of the Tinca tinca, which was the first reported, and it made important guiding significance to the fish on its disease prevention and healthy breeding.
