Near-infrared Spectroscopy Prediction Model of Filling Power for Yunnan Flue-cured Tobacco Varieties

Abstract:

In order to investigate the feasibility of predicting the filling power of cut tobacco by near infrared reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS), one hundred and forty samples were collected from twelve flue-cured tobacco varieties in Yunan Province, and the near-infrared spectra and filling power of all samples were measured, PLS models were established with 100 corresponding spectra and filling power.
