Species Survey of Tylenchidae Parasites in Rhizosphere Soil of Garden Trees in Nanjing

Abstract:

In order to ascertain parasitic nematode species and distribution condition in rhizosphere soil of garden trees in Nanjing, and hope it to give the science basis for taking effective measures to prevent nematode disease. In a rhizosphere parasitic nematode species survey of 40 species of garden trees in Qixia, Jiangning and Pukou district of Nanjing from October, 2009 to July, 2010, 3 nematode species of Tylenchidae were observed and identified, they were Filenchus vulgaris, Filenchus hongkongensis and Aglenchus muktii. Filenchus hongkongensis and Aglenchus muktii were new recorded species in Jiangsu Province.
