Study on the Integrated Development of Urban and Rural Areas Under Low Carbon in Jiangxi Province

Abstract:

The integration of urban and rural areas is a major strategic decision in China, and it is also the fundamental guarantee for China to promote the industrialization and urbanization. In order to promote the low carbon integration of urban and rural in Jiangxi Province, it is necessary for people to analyze the problems of the integration of urban and rural in Jiangxi Province, and study its reason and nature, as well as the solving method and approach, and then put forward the corresponding countermeasure and policy proposal. By using the qualitative and quantitative analysis method, the author analyzed the current status, future trends and challenges of the integration of urban and rural in Jiangxi Province from the energy supply, green, low carbon, cultivated land protection, the gap between urban and rural areas and city scale and so on. The results showed that: in the process of economic development in Jiangxi Province, there were some problems, such as heavy industrialization and high carbonization, the shortage of energy supply, food security, widening gap between urban and rural areas and city scale unreasonable and so on. According to these problems, it was important for Jiangxi Province to implement policies and measures to ensure the security of energy supply and food safety, and promote the urbanization toward green, low carbon and coordinated development of urban and rural areas, and provide strong support for the low carbon integration of urban and rural in Jiangxi Province.
