Abstract:

The Western Moderation theory and the traditional Chinese "golden mean" laid the theory in moral and ethical foundation for economic cooperation.This paper discusses Aristotle, as a representative of the western moderation theory and the traditional Chinese "golden mean" ;found the establishment of a cooperative way, the property rights system, management structure, distribution methods involve mean thinking.The mean thinking laid the theory in moral and ethical foundation for economic cooperation, at the same time, also make the cooperatives system exist contradictions,such as "open-door" conflicting,Property rights system of conflict,governance structure of conflict，the contradiction of distribution system,ect.To solve these problems，the paper puts forward a innovation system in the club threshold, property rights system, governance structure, distribution system, etc.
