Abstract:

The correlation between soil factors and the quality of radix was studied, of which the leading affecting factor was also screened out. HPLC method was applied to determine the content of active ingredients from different origins in Gansu, including nucleosides, epigoitrin. Physico-chemical analysis used to detect soil factor, including organic matter, pH, total nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, total phosphorus, available phosphorus, total potassium and available potassium. The application of correlation analysis and gray correlation analysis were made to complicate a comprehensive analysis. The results showed that correlation coefficient of uridine and available potassium was -0.828*; adenosine and total potassium was 0.863**; epigoitrin and total nitrogen was -0.800*, epigoitrin and ammonium nitrogen was -0.772*; the maximum correlation coefficient was ammonium nitrogen in vernine and epigoitrin that were 0.9444 and 0.9559, respectively; pH in uridine was 0.9505; total nitrogen in adenosine reached 0.8609; of all the compositions, the correlation coefficients of total P, total K followed. Therefore, special attentions should be paid to the effects of N, P and K conditions on the quality of radix in the choice of soil and fertilizer.
