Abstract:

In order to know the species diversity and distribution of seashore invertebrate in Dalian. We investigated in the Xiajiahezi, Heishijiao, Lvshunkou Coast and Shuangtaigou Area. The results showed that there were totally 136 species of seashore invertebrate belonging to 18 classes, 10 phyla in the four regions and most of them were mollusk and arthropod. Comparison with other areas, species diversity level and population number of invertebrates were 113 species and highest in Lvshunkou Coast. The species number of Xiajiahezi and Shuangtaigou were smaller but higher similarity, and Heishijiao was lower similarity with the others. Different habitats selection, tourism developing, breeding of seafood and over catching would affected the number and distribution of vertebrate species. It has been suggested that the seashore invertebrate resources should be utilized reasonable and protection of the ecological environment should be strengthened.
