Abstract:

In order to make better development and use of Lyophyllum decastes, a wild mushroom, identified by molecular biological techniques as L. decastes (Fr.:Fr.) Sing., was tested and the biological characteristics were researched by measuring mycelial growth rate, dry weight and growth vigor. The results showed that the optimal carbon source was maltose and the optimal nitrogen source was soybean peptone. The most suitable carbon nitrogen ratio was about 30:1 and the optimal growth factor was vitamin B6; the optimal temperature and pH were found to be 20℃ and 6.0, respectively. The results of this study may provide a theoretical basis for the cultivation of L. decastes.
