Abstract:

In order to compare difference of hairy root and callus induction of the cultivated and wild type of Artemisia annua, with two types of Artemisia seeds as materials, induction southernwood seedlings in the MS medium without hormone, and root, stem and leaf of Artemisia annua were use induction callus in MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa C58C1, ATCC15834 and Accc10600 were used induction hair root. The results showed that the callus induction efficiency best by root of Artemisia annua, followed by the stem and leaf. Aeruginosa C58C1 and ATCC15834 respectively in Artemisia annua root and leaf induction rate of hair roots was 100% and 70%; Accc10600 strain could not be induced hairy roots in Artemisia leaves, but can induce root appeared the hair roots buds point. The study laid the foundation for production of artemisinin by bioreactor.
