Abstract:

Nowadays, the current situation and existing problems of quality traceability system construction of agricultural products in China has become a hot topic of government and academia concerned. This article has analyzed the current situation and problems of quality traceability system of agricultural products in China, and summarized the achievements and shortcomings of construction of Chinese quality traceability system. Through research and analysis of quality traceability system of agricultural products in developed countries, it has pointed out that the effect of government and large-scale production, and traceability system from livestock as starting point are the characteristics of traceability system construction in developed countries. Based on the research, we have proposed the countermeasures for improving the Chinese quality traceability system of agricultural products.
