Abstract:
Effects on growth and serum biochemical parameters of early breeding mink when feed on different levels of copper were studied in this experiment. Met-Cu was copper source, 7 groups male minks of 86 days old (each group had 10 male minks) supplemented with different levels of copper (0, 210, 220, 230, 240, 250, 300 mg/kg) for 60 days for feeding and digestion metabolism experiment. ADG, F/G, FD, ND, NUP, BV TP, CER, ALT and Cu Zu-SOD in serum were determined and analyzed when fed on 210-240 mg/kg copper, ADG and serum biochemical parameters of mink were increased, when fed on 250-300 mg/kg copper, ADG and serum biochemical parameters of mink were decreased. When fed with 240 mg/kg copper, ADG gained up to 17.50 g/d (P<0.05). When added Met-Cu into breeding mink, the addition of copper level reaching 210-240 mg/kg could promoted growth and serum enzyme activity (Basal diets contained 26.68 mg/kg Cu) obviously; More than 240 mg/kg may significantly inhibited growth and serum enzyme activity .When added to 240 mg/kg, body weight and ADG were the highest.
