Abstract: How to normatively arrange the scientific research achievements is one of the most important parts in the laboratory management. In order to achieve the informationization and standardization of scientific research achievements of Songnen plain management, with the analysis of the system requirement, a more specific system configuration and its module design are fulfilled and a scientific research achievements of Songnen plain management system is developed based on SuperMap Objects .NET 6R and SQL Server. The results showed that, the proposed system can manage and statistics the file of achievements or space information and attribute data efficiently, and has an important significance on Managing of the research achievements.
