Abstract:

In order to find out the degree of influence of each factors, this paper analyzed the influencing factors of the demand of aquatic products using qualitative method. This paper built up the double-logarithmic model, using the main factors which affected the demand of aquatic products, and then used Eviews to make quantitative analysis. The results showed that significantly influencing factors was the disposable income of residents and the price of the aquatic. The demand of aquatic products was positively correlated with disposable income of urban residents and negatively correlated with the price of aquatic products.
