Abstract: In order to avoid single point analysis for water quality of lakes, improve the accuracy of lake water quality analysis, in order to identify the characteristics of the spatial distribution of water quality in lakes, carrying out multiple comprehensive assessment of water quality by standard water quality analysis detection method in Mingcui Lake, Yinchuan, and using GIS spatial analysis methods of inverse distance weighted method to study the spatial distribution pollutants. The results showed that: there were some differences in different areas of comprehensive evaluation of water quality of lakes internal results, analysis of the single point water quality results were not enough to reflect the overall water quality condition of lakes, and spatial distribution of pollutants displayed effect on water quality change of BOD5, CODcr, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen spatial distribution more difference, indicated the direction of comprehensive management of spatial distribution of the results for lake water quality. Therefore, water quality analysis of natural lakes should further develop multi-point comprehensive evaluation and spatial distribution of pollutants.
