Abstract: Abstract：Taking Heilongjiang as a case study of soybean price fluctuation influence factors, from supply、demand、national policy、 the effect of the international market、the market circulation of the angle of qualitative analysis, in selecting some primary influencing factors and collect data, building of Heilongjiang province soybean price fluctuation influencing factor in the multiple regression model, using SPSS software from Statistics Yearbook and in official information collection of process data to determine the impact of these factors on soybean price fluctuations, according to the final model presents the results of our province to deal with Heilongjiang province soybean price changes can take corresponding policy proposal, in order to major soybean producing areas in Heilongjiang province soybean industry better and faster development.
