Abstract: Field experiment was conducted to study the effects of nutrition ecological fertilizer on rice yield, agronomic nitrogen use efficiency and economic benefit, in order to providing scientific evidence for the application of ecological fertilizer in rice production in southern Anhui. The results indicated that: the ecological fertilizer Ⅱ treatment (combination of ecological fertilizer as basal manure and urea as topdressing) could significantly increased grains per panicle, seed setting rate and rice yield. Compared with the other two treatments, the rice yield of the ecological fertilizer Ⅱ was increased by 3.9% and 3.1%, respectively. However, the partial factor productivity (PFPN) of applied N and agronomic nitrogen use efficiency (AEN) of the ecological fertilizer Ⅰ treatment (ecological fertilizer as basal manure and without topdressing) were significantly increased by 63.8%-91.8% and 67.7%-77.1% then the other two treatments respectively. Compared with compound fertilizer and ecological fertilizer Ⅱ, the net income and output-input ratio of ecological fertilizer Ⅰ were increased by 1.2%-4% and 25.7%-46.5%, respectively. It showed that single basal application of ecological fertilizer Ⅰ could achieve the goal of high yield and efficiency.
