Abstract: Abstract: objective Comparative study on the biological characteristics between the cultivated with different age limits and the wild “sanghuang”. Method To determine and compare the content of polysaccharide, total flavone, total triterpenoids by using UV-Vis between the cultivated with different age limits and the wild “sanghuang”. Results The three kinds of chemical composition of the cultivated “sanghuang” with two ages limit is higher than the others. Conclusion We can preliminary identify the best harvest time of cultivated “sanghuang’ is two ages.
