Abstract: Responses of Hefeng 25 and Hefeng35 (Glycine max) to salt stress—induced injuries were studied during the seedling growth stage. The results showed :under salt stress, Salicylic acid can increase the root characteristics in seedling stage, increase relative water content and dissolved protein content in of seedling, promote the activity of SOD and POD, decrease the relative rate of conduct . Meanwhile, the result were showed by testing data, Hefeng 35 is better than Hefeng 25, especially on the characters of resistant salt and mitigative effect of Salicylic acid.
