Static Analysis of Truss Type Steel Structure for Three-span Sunlight Greenhouse

Abstract: In order to study the rationality and safety of three-span greenhouse, three-dimensional model of a three-span arch truss greenhouse structure was built by the finite element software ANSYS, and the static analysis of the structure was done under a variety of load combinations, its calculation and optimized method were discussed. The results showed that the horizontal rods displacement was too large to meet the design requirements. Based on previous structure, an optimized structure was calculated and analyzed with vertical rods. And the results was closed to the theorical results, moreover, the design was safe and reasonable. The study provided a modeling reference for the new greenhouse and the optimized structure.
