Abstract: With Secale cereale resistant to diseases as male, Shan 611 as female, two wheat-rye derivative lines resistant to powdery mildew were produced. They have been morphologically and cytologically stable with chromosome configuration of “2n=44=22II”. Simple sequence repeat(SSR) was applied to “1530W3 and 1493E3” and the results showed that genetic materials of S. cereale has been transferred to“1530W3 and 1493E3”.
