Abstract: To find the gene which can influence nematode breeding, the zinc finger protein gene was cloned, based on the analysis of the transcriptome of Aphelenchoides besseyi and the study of KEGG pathway. This study is the theoretical basis for the development of nematicide. By the method of homology alignment, the results indicated that the zinc finger protein had a NLS motif. The protein 3D structure study and docking analysis indicated that this protein could regulate the progesterone-mediated oocyte maturation pathway by combining with the promoter of the target gene. The results showed that the zinc finger protein gene was a potential biological control target gene, and worthy of further study.
