Abstract: Extracellular metabolites of Bacillus bataviensis FJAT-10043 were analyzed by liquid chromatography-hybrid quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry. Molecular Feature Extraction (MFE) and database retrieval were applied to accessing the information of overall metabolites of Bacillus bataviensis FJAT-10043. As a result, 656 compounds were detected, and 121 of them were identified. Fungichromin from Bacillus bataviensis FJAT-10043 was analyzed and tested with the highest relative content. The match score of Fungichromin was 96.39, and the relative content was 4.22%. The retention time of this compound was about 2.7339 min. This result provided a theory basis for the development and utilization of the immunomodulator from Bacillus bataviensis.
