Abstract: The study aims to explore the suitable crevasse temperature and size of flue- cured tobacco seedlings transplanting under plastic film and provide theoretical basis for field production. Through field experiments, the authors compared internal and external temperature of white and black film, soil temperature and temperature change with different crevasse sizes. The results showed that the internal temperature increased with the increase of air temperature, and the temperature under white film was higher than that under black film. When the air temperature of field was below 20℃, transplanting tobacco seedlings under plastic film could keep a warm growing environment; when the field air temperature was higher than 27℃, the internal temperature under film reached 45℃, timely crevasse process should be conducted to prevent seedling injury caused by high temperature. In the premise that the environment temperature could guarantee the demand of tobacco seedling growth, early crevasse of the film was good for seedling growth relatively.
