Abstract: In order to study the effect of different organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer on the yield of lemon and quality of lemon flowers and fruits, andStoSselectSsuitable formulaSofSfertilization for lemon production inSDehong Yunna, we chose 3 common chemical fertilizers and 2 organic fertilizers to apply in Eureka lemon trees. The results showed that combined application of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer in proper ration was able to improve lemon yield, higher than that of organic fertilizer by 0.53-7.16kg per plant and that of chemical fertilizer by 0.43-9.80kg per plant. Application of mixture of zhoujia-organic fertilizer and special fertilizer helped lemon bear more flowers and fruits；treatments of mixture of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer could improve the quality of lemon fruits and could reach excellent effects applied by zhoujia-organic fertilizer and special fertilizer. The second year after the treatment, the rate of juice, vitamin C, acids and total solid sugars of lemon were 0.02%-4.93%, 0.75-5.74 mg / 100g, 0.16-1.76 g/kg and 0.07%-0.63% higher respectively than before.
