Abstract: The littoral wetland in the east of Cangzhou that has unique geographical position, more complicated ecological environment, and abundant food resources makes it become the paradise that birds live and multiplied, also, it is the joint spot of migratory birds migrate north and south, importance " transfer station ", surviving in winter and breeding spot on the pass way of birds migrating of Northeast Asian inland and the Pacific Ocean west bank.. But because natural precipitation had been fallen sharply after the eighties of the 20th century, temperature rises and causes evaporation capacity to increase, had been influenced seriously the ecological environment of littoral wetland of the east of Cangzhou.
