Abstract: Being the main productive material for agriculture and the direct productive object for farmers, cultivated land resources is one of the most basal factors consisting of the comprehensive ability of grain production, and the base and assurance for realizing grain security in China. Based on the study of the quantitative security, quality security and ecological security of cultivated land resources, four suggestions for protecting and increasing security of cultivated land resources were also proposed.
