Roles of Environmental Control and Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Bio-technology in Productin of Micropropagated Plantlets

Abstract

Abstract: Poor physiological status and quality of micropropagated plantlets are key problems that inhibit production of micropropagated plantlets. In this paper, the problems of poor physiological status and quality for micropropagated plantlets in different develop stages were put forward, highlighting the current solution methods (engineering and biotechnology) and their mechanisms. At last, the authors emphasized that it was necessary to research the interactions between arbuscular mycorrhzas, environmental control and physiological status and quality of micropropagated plantlet, also indicated that the integration of two methods was effective approach to solve that problems.
