Study on the Content of Resveratrol in Some Rruits

Abstract: Resveratrol are phytoalexins plants and many studies have also shown that this kind of secondary metabolites have many health benefits. A study using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was done to determine resveratrol content in fruits of plant. The article indicated that reveratrol was detected from fruits of Morus alba L., Ananas cornosus (L.)Merr, Vitis vinifera L., Syzygium jambos(L.)Alston, Archontophoenox alexandrae(H.) Wendl. Et Drude. It is considered that these fruits are in further exploitation.
