Abstract: According to the study of sticking and reproducing Parthenocissus Tricuspidata, sticking and reproducing primarily, using it’s young branches which are treated at 10-3、10-4、10-5、10-6、10-7、10-8 concentration NAA solution in series and living on different culture media with the gross cavity of 37.81% pure-sand and 47.61% mixed sand-soil.After culture in 3 months with Hoagland nutrition solution,it’s found that the samples treated at 10-7NAA has the highest surviving rate;there is the downtrend of the rate of new root-calyptra with the decline of NAA concentration;the surviving rate of pure-sand medium is higher than the surviving rate of mixed sand-soil medium when NAA concentration less than 10-6 ,and on the contrary when NAA concentration more than 10-6.This article reseaches the conditions of sticking and reproducing Parthenocissus Tricuspidata, and gives several pieces of advice which are shown of the enclosures for the peer’s reference.
